... Because I refuse to make a single dietary change that will not impact my health in a positive way long-term or is in any way unsustainable. Everything I do to lose weight I choose because it isn a painful or impossible change.
I am losing weight slowly, but even on my loosey goosey weeks I gain nothing but some water back. I am so much more happy and fulfilled this way. It has become my personal default. There IS no other way I will live but healthfully. I have changed my routine gradually to reinforce, accomodate, and strengthen the healthy changes I have made. Lastly, I'm going to be one of the five percent because I refuse NOT to be. My commitment and determination will move me and keep me at a state of healthfulness because I am not allowing it to be otherwise. This is it for me, and every day I prove to myself that I can do it, and it's not even that hard :) |
...because failure is not an option!
