My last hope....
 

I'm not sure if I can post this here, but I wanted to find a place with lots of traffic and readers. This is my last ditch effort.

Does anyone by chance have a tape of the Oprah Show that Dr. Phil was on titled Getting Real About Fat? I am almost desperate to have the first of the three part series about losing weight. I watched that particular episode last year and soon lost 20 lbs, and I can't for the life of me remember what was on that show! I have the other two episodes but not the first one. Please, Please, does anyone out there have it?

It was a repeat a few weeks ago, but I was out of town. I was bummed to say the least! Grrrr! Waited over a year to see it again and missed it!

I can get a copy of the transcript from Oprah.com, but it costs a hefty price. (and videos are more helpful to me). His book just didn't give me the same results.

Have you checked the Web for a Dr Phil website? Or maybe Oprah's website? You may very well be able to find tapes from the episodes you want. And I believe my mother just purchased his book on that subject.
