Visualizing the results!
 

My mother recently found this site and forwarded it on to me. I know I'm not alone in having a hard time seeing what my body will look like at certain milestones or even at goal. This site is a cool and FREE tool! Upload your own picture and see it show you at up to 70+lbs lost! I've got to get someone to take a pic for me to put on there, as I don't have any full body shots at the moment, but the pictures I do have showed a change I'm excited for!

Once I get a photo uploaded and printed out, I'm posting it on my bedroom and bathroom mirrors so I can keep motivated by seeing what I will look like at each mini-goal/milestone. :goodvibes
