  • of course exercising and eating healthier have tons of benefits but I wanted to share one that was confirmed to me today.

    My blood pressure can get high, but I don't have hypertension. It's usually the 120/80 or 123/82

    but at Bilo with my son aggravating the pee out of me!

    my blood pressure was 113/68!! wow! my pulse was 83 but like I said I was aggravated.
