Default So proud of myself!! *blush*

I know this small bananas to some others here who run marathons, etc.. But I'm quite proud of myself!

Since I've hit a plateau I decided to ditch my Leslie Sansone DVD and try running & weights this month. I've lost 19lbs and feel much better overall.. So today I ran non-stop for 35 minutes!!! No breaks at all!!!

Ok, I'm done... I'm sorry to ramble, I'm just so pleased with the overall improvement in my body & health!!

Thanks for reading!!

It's all relative... 35mins IS a big deal. I remember being thrilled with myself when I ran for 5 mins straight! Congrats!

i can't even run for the whole 5 minutes. Also have to break every 1-2 minutes. That's a thing you should be proud of ^^

Congratulations! 35 minutes straight is no small accomplishment! I certainly couldn't do it right now. If I'm on a treadmill I can really only run about 3 out of 10 minutes, and that's only because I run for two minutes, then for another minute at a different time! However if I'm doing the running on my WiiFit, I can run for 15 minutes, maybe a little more. A lot of times that seems to come down to some fast marching, though, so that's probably why.

You should be very proud of yourself! Way to go!
I'm sure when you first started running you couldn't even imagine running 15 minutes non stop let alone 35! See how far you have come! That's awesome.

wow! That is quite an accomplishment! I am a cardio dropout in the biggest sense of the word. I hate running. I can do almost anything for 30 min, but running. That is a huge feat! Congrats!
