Join us for the 2nd annual 4th of JULY 3FC 5K :)

Back by popular demand....a a couple of PM's....:hug: We will hold another 3FC 5K, this coming Saturday :carrot:

So gals, declare your independence, grab the kids ~ husband ~ SO ~ neighbor and friends....

take a run ~ walk ~ hike ~ treadmill ~ swim ~ zoo trip ~ camping trip ~ beach outing....

anything you wish that gets you up and moving for 3.1 miles or an hour!

What have you got to lose?....nothing but a few calories! :)

Angie and I will probably do what we usually do on Saturday mornings if we can....we will take a nice 1.3 mile walk to Starbucks with our dogs around 6:30am....have coffee/tea and split a breakfast sandwich then hit it hard for another 2 3/4 miles home...

giving us the entire day to enjoy "fireworks" ;)

Count me in. I have signed up for my first official 5k in August, but I will do my own on Independance day. Can't wait!

I'm in! I've got a nerve thing going on in my leg so will probably need to do this in two parts but I'm definitely doing it! Good motivation to get me out for a second walk.

Sounds like fun! I'll be in Tennessee and I'll run there with DH.

Here is faithful number 35. I will be doing a 5k walk with friends on the 4th.

I will do it. Here's hoping we have some good weather, ha! would love to walk in the park.
