I found myself down another 2 lbs on Saturday weigh-in and realized, with some happiness, that I'm now 2 lbs away from my halfway point. Wow...who would have thought?
Better yet, after two months of changed behavior, I finally feel like my new lifestyle is kicking in. The first few weeks, I was obsessing about food...what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat. Now things feel much more natural and I almost never think about food (unless it's TOM! Then watch out!)
I have to give a lot of credit to this place and your support, and some of the books I've been reading. So THANK YOU all...you're super!
