Finally Healthy!!
 

Woohoo, today i weight in at 73kg. BMI of 24.7!! In the healthy range!

Just thought i'd share.

Cannot wait to see 72kg on the scales. I can honestly never remember seeing anything below 73kg..and im only 21!

Honestly, it's because I STILL need this place. Just so you know, NOTHING has changed for me now that I'm at goal. I still do the same things to keep the weight off, that I did when I was losing the weight. And that includes making sure I have a support team behind me. 3FC has and always will fit the bill in that department.
