An evening "peep" of support for you all

As you head out into the perils of the dinner time realm (well, those of us on the left coast of the US), just a "peep" of support for you all. Be kind to yourselves and treat yourselves well tonight!

Tonight my treat will be a big bowl of red bell pepper slices...I cannot get enough of these things. What's your healthy treat tonight?

I just saw this, such a lovely thread to make.

I think mine will be the last two low GI oat and apricot cookies I made a few days ago.
I'm making ginger pork stir fry for dinner and they will be a nummy treat for afters.
