Seeing long lost friends after you've gained weight...

I was off at college this year and sad to say, I've gained about 10-15 lbs. The thing is that I am going out with a few friends tonight that I havent seen sense the summer...I'm pretty much terrified that they are going to give me some odd look or say somethign about my weight gain. Is there anything anyone can tell me to calm my nerves or are they completely justified... AHHH I'm freakin out!

10 or 15 pounds isn't much. Truthfully, none of them will probably even notice. Find something cute to wear that doesn't make you feel self-conscious, go, and have lots of fun catching up!

One word for you...SPANX. It is the greatest undergarment ever invented. I wear them all the time because they even out little bulges our bodies just love to make when we put our clothes on. But like Jennelle said, your friends will probably not even notice.:)

What kind of spanx do you wear? I've been wanting to get some but know there are different styles - which style can be worn with the most outfits and is the most comfortable? Thanks!

ALMOST EVERYBODY GAINS WEIGHT AT COLLEGE. That's why they call it the freshman 15! Chances are, your friends have changed some too, and I doubt you'd treat them any differently. Wear something flattering, relax, and have fun! Just enjoy catching up with your friends again.
