Hello all.....just a quick note before I leave for my Seattle trip. I have to be there for business through late Monday so I'll be back here on Tuesday night.

My weight gain for my vacation (when my daughter was visiting last week) was only 2 pounds. I say "ONLY" because if you saw what I ate, you would never believe it was only 2 pounds. :lol:
So I feel good and am hoping that when weigh in comes again (Tuesday morning), I will be back to my 10.5.
