I am hoping this will not be considered advertising. I could just really use some feedback on a workshop (about weight loss; not necessarily how-to-lose-weight) I'm putting together, it's totally FREE, I'm not trying to sell ANYTHING on this post and won't be selling anything at the workshop (unless you want to buy some cheap containers for salad but I sure am not going to out of my way to get you to buy them cause the markup I put on them is barely enough to pay for gas to go get more). I could really use a practice audience and will be open to suggestions to how to improve it so I can help others. If anyone is interested please email me at [email protected]. The workshop is mainly about the PRESSURE we are under in this country to be thin, and I expect it to be a humorous and relaxing, yet hopefully informative evening for those who want to come. It's really not about how to lose weight, but more about how to take good care of our health and focus more on the important things we need to be doing in life. It's in Redwood City, CA., will probably be towards the end of the month (I'm still putting it together). I'm still a little confused as to whether this would be considered advertising, so if it is and it's going against the rules, my apologies, ladies, and even if you have to remove it I would understand and just want to say, keep up the good work with your website!!
