Default any good free meal planning sites?

Are there any sites that lay out meal plans for you for your calorie range, but let you swap out things if you don't like the meal? Something like maybe the Slim Fast site has, but with more options? I think e-diets does this, but I'd rather use the money for foods to help me stay on plan.

I'm doing calorie counting but find it a bit tedious to count everything, plan meals everyday by myself. How much do yous plan or do you just count as you go along for the day?

I use sparkpeople. It has a pretty extensive food list that is really easy to use. It will also plan your meals for you if you want. You can also track your exercise too, although like most sites, the amount of calories burned are probably not accurate.

Put a dot com after sparkpeople and you've found it! Good luck!
