Everyone Weigh in 04/25/09

Me: 190, down .5 pounds this week. Been better about my exercise this week, did it 4 times instead of just two like I had been doing. It's hard to make myself get on the machine after a 10 hour work day with a two hour commute. I need to get more focused when I come home from work. |
I am still at 240.

164 this morning! Down 1 1/2 this week, but I had a bunch more work/exercise this week... I do dogwalking and I have a yellow lab that is an awesome personal trainer!!! :)

152 this morning, down from 154 on Wednesday - I assume this is water weight since I just got back on plan.

195....weights been the same for about 2 weeks and i've been eating 1300 calories and exercising. maybe this week I'll try eating a little more to see if that helps.
