I haven't been here long enough to feel like I have made "friends" so to speak. Also, I don't feel like I have gotten to know anyone through their posts. I guess that might be because I feel like I am all over ALL the boards/posts. Haven't really had any "conversations". Hopefully that will change and I feel like I have made connections and start to know folks and their personalities.
So far, I am happy with what I see.... :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D :D:D:D:D:D:D |
I'll give a "wootwoot" to LoriBell for delivering consistently tough, no excuses messages, delivered in no BS Midwest style. You rock, lady!

I have 2 older brothers and when I was born my parents were ecstatic that I was a girl....they named me Jocelyn. But I go by Joci (sounds like flossie). Anyway....My brothers couldn't pronounce it so they called me Johnson. As they got older and obnoxious it became, Jock. Then as time went by and they got even MORE obnoxious, it became Jock Strap. Fortunately, later on they actually started to like me and treat me like a human being and it became Jacque. Like Cousteau, not Jackie. I don't mind it at all, and friends call me it too. And now sometimes they get funny and call me Jacque Strap (with sort of a french accent)...and ya know, I really don't mind that at all either. |

One thing I like about my 3FC Friend BARGOO is her inner strength she reveals as she goes through a difficult time with her health....always showing us a positive side

Jacque, one thing I love about you is your sense of humor which is presented clearly in the story of your name :) welcome to the family?
I like too many things about too many people. One thing I like about Gary is his sense of humor as well as deeply rooted spirituality. One thing I like about Lori Bell, as mentioned above, is her straight-up style as well as her enthusiasm. One thing I love about Colleen (kaplods) is her willingness to share her extensive knowledge with the rest of us. One thing I like about Susan is her friendly nature... Susan, you were one of the first people I remember posting with frequently on this forum when I joined nearly two years ago  One thing I love about Aphil is her originality. And of course, I find Meg, Mel, Glory, Mandalinn, Megan, Kim, midwife, Shannon, and all the maintainers to be huge inspiration as well as amazing sources of support. |

One thing I like about my 3FC Friend WILMA is she was here over 7 years ago when I came on board...over 10,000 posts later she is still here helping me pray in Christian Encouragers! The lady flat rocks!!
