i had a really good week last week ans lost 7lbs i knew this week i wouldnt lose or lose maybe a little. However my IBS symptoms have flared up and ive gained 4lbs and look about 6months pregnant. It's so dis hearting when this happens because its out of my control.....and when i have tried with my diet and all i feel like is a fat frump full of gas. Wonder if ill ever be able to control my weight and ibs booooooo. Not feeling as good as i did this time last week
