Doesn't 2000 calories seem like a lot for 160 lbs?

I had a BodPod test yesterday (a body composition test) Here are my numbers from that..
Est RMR is 1,376 calories Est RMR x Activity Level... Senentary-1706 Low Activity-2091 Active-2394 Very Active-848 |
