Find out how many calories you need

Body Weight [lb] x 15 + (moderate activity [mins/day] x 3.5)
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)

BMR [kcal]

Body Weight [lb] x 15 + (moderate activity [mins/day] x 3.5)

Since you wish to lose weight, your target = BMR - 500 kcal
My weight is 160 and my moderate activity is 30 , so my target will be 2005
what about your's

I use http://www.caloriesperhour.com as well. Not only for the RMR and BMR calculators, but they have a great database activity and food calculators.

Doesn't 2000 calories seem like a lot for 160 lbs?
