ready to rock & roll

  • Hello everyone,

    I have been ready all of the posts! I am truly inspired!

    I will get busy with my meal plans today, so i can start
    back on my ww program. It's easier if i make a meal plan
    and then a grocery list of what i need. I stay focused that
    way. I want to make a journal sheet for the week, that way
    i can write down what i eat. How all of you doing with your
    weight loss? It sure is a struggle sometimes, we can do it.I
    have clothes in my closet , i can't get into. I have to do something.

    If I have the belief that I can do it,I shall aquire the capacity
    to do it even if i may not have it at the beginning.
