Hi TEAM
I weighed in this morning at 180 for the 3rd day in a row....dang...I did get to the high 70's for a few days last week.
I have my eating at about 50/50....and when I blow it I don't usually do it too bad...but those beer calories do add up!
Maybe I should raise my red line from 175 to 180....hummm
or would that just make me full of baloney/bologna?

No challenge...the GUARANTEE is (of course you may not know this if you haven't been on any of the other 5 pound GUARANTEE loss threads) that I personlly GUARANTEE a 5 pound loss with ....started out as a MAGIC PILL...now turned into BALONEY!
Stick around...you'll see...it's about support!

caught red-handed with my hand in the tortilla chips bag!!! It's back in the pantry now... at least it was an extra 200 cals or so and not a whole second dinner's worth of food.
Thanks, coach!

Mtiger-awesome pictures!!
I am trying not to stress out about some certain personal things due to some social family invitations I have just gotten in the mail and one of them is from the side of the family I have just recently cut off communication with my grandmother and aunt and I am unsure of how to go about handling it. I am trying to not eat my way through it. So far so good. Keeping busy has been a good thing. My mom got some very good news about 10 days ago which I forgot to share with you guys since some of you have had such nice and supportive things to say to me when I've been a bit down or stressed. My mom had some testing done like a PET scan and etc and it revealed that the chemo is working despite them lowering the dosage drastically and that there is shrinkage of tumors and some are actually gone in the lungs and no further spreading of the cancer to anywhere else in the body. It's very good news since this time around she has been running out of treatment options very rapidly due to countless complications. Since I've found out this news I really have felt 15 pounds lighter. I had not realized how heavily this weighed on me. I am so looking forward to being off work this summer and focusing on my health and I am not doing summer classes to take a mental break as well and perhaps having some fun with her since she is supposed to be done with chemo by June I think and hope.
Anyways have a great afternoon!

Ok, is this the place for confession? If so, I just want to say, I just had 3 scoops of Ice cream at Ben&Jerry's. its free cone day there and you can go through line as much as you like so i went through 3 times. Needless to say, Im not hungry for dinner and I just got invited to go on a walk with a couple friends so, going to do that. Why is ice cream so good?
