Thanks for checking out my pics. The comments are very special today. Yep, it is ovulation time and the pounds are on. 5 of them. Yep, 5. WTH??? It is good to be reminded of how far I have come.

Brit- Great news about mom. Hopefully things keep going in this direction for her.

Willow- Nice to see you over here. Ben&Jerry's?? Glad there isn't one of those around here. The mood I'm in today and I could have been in real trouble.

OOOH! New York Super Fudge Chunk! I could murder a carton of that.
But I won't. I'll be a good girl and eat my veggies. (SIGH!)

Welcome, buttercup!

Mandy, sounds like you took care of the ice cream splurge, congrats! =) Baskin robbins has a 30 cent scoop day or something like that coming up, which I'm going to try to avoid. I love ice cream, though! And it loves my hips!!

OMG!!! Enough with the ice cream talk. I am starving right now and ice cream sounds great. I can have some Schwann's light for 130 calories a half cup.

This roller coaster I am on can be so frustrating. After gaining 5 pounds this week, now I am down 1.2 today. Hopefully more tomorrow. AAAHHHH!!! I have the craziest body in the world.

today was a weird day. reakfast was 1/2cup skim milk, 1serving mulitgrain Cheerios and 1 serving All Bran Bran Buds, then I had a banana smoothie with 1/2 serving fat free yogurt, 1/2cup skim milk, 80grams of banana and 1/2 a serving of Hemp protein powder. this was all before 11am. Then I went shopping, I had my 5yr old and the 3month old I was baby sitting, I notice its 1:30 and my biy is hungry so we stop at McDonalds and get him a kids meal(very rare treat).I ordered a diet coke because I was really thirsty and a little hungry but P didn't want to eat there. I eat 3 of my sons fries and then after about 1/2 the drink was gone I realized it was not diet coke, it was Dr pepper(no diet) For dinner I had some boiled potatoes, with a little Earth Balance buttery spread, some light sour cream, then some green beans and 2 thinly sliced baked pork chops with a 2 table spoons barbecue sauce. I didn't have time to measure my dinner because I had to eat fast, since i didn't know when the baby was getting picked up and she was getting fussy. Thinking I might for for a walk or something

Well I am still at 180-1...again...every single day.

Probably not going to be down in the morning either since I had a 6 hour day at work today...so less calories burned....Angie is teaching 2 classes of yoga at church tonight so I am in charge of dinner....hot dogs ~ baked beans and chips...so no weight loss there!! Nathans hot dogs are so good and about 250 calories...dang! Better get out the Hebrew National 50 calorie ones!!

I did get 3 miles in with the mutts so that burned off at one of my future hot dogs!

Keep going forward TEAM!

I don't want to speak too soon, there's always the chance for a night-time binge, but today has been OP! I've been struggling lately, so I'm pretty excited. =)
