Default 2 pounds down

I started counting calories monday and I'm 2 pounds down. I'm a little iffy though because that may mean that I'm losing to quickly. But I ate almost all my alotted calories. So I'm going to try not to be so negative.

Also how do u post the weight loss ticker on the posts at the end like everone has?

Great job an the two pounds! Don't over analyze it, just keep going! To get the weight tracker you have to be a member for 20 days and make 20 posts.

Congrats!

I doubt you're losing too quickly. I always lose pretty easily and quickly the first couple of weeks before it slows down to a more realistic pace. So I wouldn't worry. Just enjoy.

Oh my, just enjoy the ride for now! I think I lost like 7 pounds my first week of serious calorie counting. NOW, I'm still working it and have only lost a pound in 2 weeks! Count your blessings and keep on trucking!

Keep in mind that your weight will fluctuate during the week (I'm 2 lbs down from Monday's weight of 193 but I don't know if I will be tomorrow ... I hope it will stay in that area and spit it out for next Monday morning's official weigh-in, though!)

On the other hand, happier to keep in mind is that while what I just wrote is true for someone months along, you may actually be losing real weight like that! You have made a huge change, after all. Just remember to stay cool if you aren't losing a pound a day 3 weeks from now, and it's all good. :-)
