Frozen blueberries, raspberries, grapes, & strawberries; nice and cool for the summer too. I love fresh strawberries and watermelon too. Whole grain cereals are great too: just be sure to measure. Cheese boats: celery & lite cheese. Whole wheat crackers & lite cheese or peanut butter. Rice cakes with a bit of lite peanut butter or cheese; or a handful of nuts.

Here is my two cents:
Laughing cow lite cheese wedges/w low sodium saltine crackers (Great price at Costco) and you get four wheels The edamame is great w/ sea salt (you can get at Costco cheap) Healthy Choice Fudge Bars Skinny Cow Ice Cream sandwich"s and WW Ice Cream Sandwich's Banana with a little peanut butter Frozen grapes Quaker rice cakes/ check sodium As for the protien drinks, I drink, Muscle milk lite, it comes in flavors (also cheap at Costco) I use WW Weight Watchers smoothie mixes, add a cup of 2% milk, 1 small cup of yogurt and the mix and there you go. You can get strawberry, choc., French vanilla, and Chia. I hope these will help you out. Aggie |
