It does sound less over the top when you explain it that way. :) I do have to agree with what some others have said, it does sound like you get plenty of exercise already. Don't beat yourself up. :)

That being said, Counting Down made a good point with the ten minute workouts. I use some of those on Comcast On Demand, found some I like on You Tube. I also try to throw in some tabata sets here and there during the day - 4 minutes, usually squats to calf raises when I'm at the office, I'll throw in other activities if I'm at home.

if you have FREE ON DEMAND through your cable check out some of those DVD's first! I especially like 30DS, Back to Bollywood and any of the Shimmy stuff. The former two mentioned are 20 minutes each.
