It does sound less over the top when you explain it that way. :) I do have to agree with what some others have said, it does sound like you get plenty of exercise already. Don't beat yourself up. :)
That being said, Counting Down made a good point with the ten minute workouts. I use some of those on Comcast On Demand, found some I like on You Tube. I also try to throw in some tabata sets here and there during the day - 4 minutes, usually squats to calf raises when I'm at the office, I'll throw in other activities if I'm at home.
