Anyone doing meal replacement?

If so, what are you doing? I was looking at Myoplex but it's so dang on expensive. And SlimFast does nothing but make me angry. What would you suggest?

when i know i wont have anything to eat (when i am at work and i know i dont have anything with me) i drink slim fast. They also have slim fast with more protein. I might look into that soon :) since protein makes you feel full for longer.

I lose weight with Medifast or WonderSlim. I like both programs. I'm able to maintain with healthy eating. We have a Sub forum under Meal Delivery.

I love the high protein Slimfast! I have it for breakfast only. It's the perfect amount to start my day and I'm not usually hungry for at least 4 hours.
