I'm at 200 pounds... rounding the corner to Onederland... It's been a bit of a battle... but I'm almost there... and I can't wait... I haven't seen the one-hundreds for many years.. I'm so excited...

My 50th birthday is Monday and I've set my Garmin for Onderland so I will not get lost...take short cuts, or detours...

After my heart attack a few months ago, and the docs finding 3 other blockages. I faced a 'fork' in the road... I could chose a short 'sick' life or a shiny new healthy life... I'm so glad I chose the healthy road... and its a one-way street... So cross your fingers for me...

WTG! I'm hovering around 208-210. I can't wait to get there myself!!
