the time was not great....ya see...we met the kids coming home from the elementary school on our way back...they just love my golden retrievers

It was a great walk though...we hustled when we could....

TIME ~ 61 Minutes

I'm working an 11 hour day Tuesday so got mine in today too. I'm back to all walking so my time was 51 minutes. It was nice to be outside!

I did mine as well, since my week's going to be busy.

51:30. I wanted to break 50 minutes, but not to be. Next time!

lovelosing 03-16-2009 07:28 AM

I did mine on the treadmill :tread: , alternating intervals of walking & running, in 42:42.

nakedmango 03-16-2009 08:21 PM

Sorry, EZmoney, I jumped the gun a little on the time posting! It was my first, so I got a little excited. :carrot:

So here 'tis again: 5K on the treadmill, at 1% incline: 40:02. :D

This was fun! I look forward to the next one--and now I have a time I can compare against. Yay! :woops:

work ran late tonight (as in, I just got home at 8pm!) and I have to leave for the airport again at 3am, so I'm going to just use my 5k power walk from yesterday: 47 minutes. =)

I did 6.5 km today, but my 5k time was 37min. I've been running on the treadmill for 3 months and this was only my second outdoor run, can't believe my time!

dixied 03-17-2009 03:40 PM

I didn't get registered for this one, but I did run a local 5K on Saturday (with 9440 other people, it was crazy!). My time was 36:19:16. New personal best. :D

I did 10.46K (6.5 miles) at the park tonight - making up for the Valentine's Day 5k I failed to complete!

First 5K was completed in 34:12
Second 5K was completed in 37:18 - I was a little slower for the second half... walked more... But, still finished! Woo hoo!
