This is an issue that everyone has to face if they want to maintain a weight loss. Regardless of how you lose weight, once it's gone you can't just go back to what you were doing before, or you WILL gain weight.
I'm not knocking JC, but before you begin maintenance, you need to come up with a plan for how you will maintain your loss! Unless you want to stay on JC forever, you will have to transition to a sustainable plan.
Because maintenance is something I think we should all be thinking about before we finish our weight loss, I really do recommend that people check out the maintainer's forum here at 3fc. It's not just for those who are "done" with weight loss!
