Thumbs up Less eating, more exercise

Four years ago I tried to lose weight. I succeeded. I ate little and the effect was very good. But since two years, I'm getting fatter even though I didn't eat much and I exercised for about an hour and a half three times a week. It was not effective. I stopped exercicing two months ago. During that period, I got more serious.

These my exercise is started again. I'm joining the English program. It'll be continued till July. It takes 30 minutes in a bus from my house to the Institute. I walk for around 30 minutes and then take a bus on the way to the institute and on the way home. Totally I walk over 1 hour. Walking, I listen to the English radio. It's "killing two birds with one stone".

yeah, somtimes I like to try to work on my spanish while i'm working out. way to multi-task!

Good luck!! Sounds quite original!

Since you got an exercise routine going, have you established an eating plan to help you drop those pesky pounds?
