I Broke It!

  • My plateau that is..

    I lost 17 lbs and stalled for weeks on end.

    then I tried
    eating about 200 more cals daily and going back to the park to run/jog combination 2 miles 3-4 x's a week and good golly miss Molly it worked!

    I got on the scale this morning and was down 3 lbs!

    I am ecstatic and want to thank everyone that gave advice and encouragement.

    Now I am only 13 measly lbs away from my first mini goal and NOTHING can stop me !

    So, Here is my go me post and along with it, I'd like to give back some encouragement to all of you and show you that breaking that plateau can be done.

  • You go girl! I've read before how people have upped their caloric intake and it resulted in a loss. Still wonder how that works? Congrats!

    It sounds like, in this case, she's canceling out those extra calories with more exercise. That isn't always the case but that's what it sounds like here.
