Advise!!!

  • I'm 29 yrs 5'9 and I started out at 191, I'm currently down to 185 I lost 4 pounds the first week and the other 2 pounds the week after. I have stayed the same for 2 weeks now. I've been eating properly, no cheating at all...3 meals a day plus fruit or veggies for snacks. Walking/Running 3 times per week. Any suggestions??? Thanks!
  • I would start with food journaling to see maybe where you are maybe eating a few servings too many or what. Maybe you aren't eating enough. Food journaling has always led me to the problem though.

  • Hi! I've also read that it helps to shake up your exercise routine a little bit... add sprints, do some strength training, etc. Good luck!
  • You know, weight loss isn't linear, meaning that you can engage in the same behaviors, but not see the same results! It's a frustrating fact of weight loss. Just keep doing what you're doing, and see if you DO lose in the next week or so.
