So how do I want out how man calories to consume/burn in order to loose 2lbs a week? Ive seen u guys talk about it...I checked out fitday.com but cant find anything that tells me. HELP PLEASE!
If you go to livestrong.com/thedailyplate, the first page that comes up calculates your calories and gives an option for how much you want to lose per week. You may even want to start on the high end and see how you do. If you're not losing, up the exercise and cut back a little more on the calories.
