One of my best friends who is battling a weight problem also has a daughter who got a job at 7-11. Every day they throw out the old donuts, cakes, muffns and brownies and EVERY day my friend's daughter brings them home because they are still good! Like boxes and BOXES of donuts!
My friend is going crazy with all that temptation all over the house.
Just be glad you don't have his problem! LOL!
Anyway I know that doesn't help you!
Maybe it is not so much the donuts but a sugar craving? Maybe having a lot of sweet fruit around (grapes, oranges, tangerines etc.) would help?
Extra strong glass of rasberry Crystal Lite or 10 calories No Sugar popcicles help me when I have sugar cravings.
