For dessert last night and this evening, I think I went 50-100 calories over each night since I admit, I didn't skim dessert off at the top with a knife as I usually do but left a bit more on. It was just one of those rare delish desserts you don't want to end

That doesn't blow my entire effort for this week to try to lose weight is it?
(**I didn't like had an extra cup or even a half a cup of cool whip piled onto the first cup I measured out, for example.)
Even writing this I sound stupid and paranoid. They do say on this forum, you should increase your caloric intake sometimes to shake up your body's routine here.
I'm still hoping I can lose some pounds when I weigh in soon.
