Thanks, ladies! I'm having a good "taking care of myself" day. Got a haircut, went to the gym and have scheduled eye exam and mammogram! Later will be celebrating with dinner out with hubby!

When I started my weight loss journey I was 39 1/2 and today turned 21*2+1! I wanted "to be fitter when I'm fifty than when I turn forty." I didn't do as well last year as I would have wanted, but I am definitely fitter (and finer) than when I turned 40! Seven more years and then a lifetime to go!

[Now, the moderator in me wonders if this thread should be moved... it's not really a support thread!]
