You could always ask. lol My advice... if they don't know what kind of bread it is you might want to stop eating there because they might not know what else they are feeding you.. :P jk lol

LOL! I actually did ask a mgr one time. He wasn't quite sure but thought I could get something very similar at Giant. Now that it matters for the moment as I am trying to stay away from bread for atleast another week.

I found Weight Watchers bagels in the grocery store a while back and lately I love to make bagel sandwiches (150 cal /2pts). My favorite is a egg beaters (1/2 cup 60 cal.) and a 1/4 cup shredded Kraft Free Cheddar Cheese (45 cal) melted on top for a great breakfast sandwich (255 cal total) in the morning!

I'm going to have to find some sour dough bread it sounds mmmmmm!
