4 wk challenge

I'm new to the site and thought this was a good idea!! I started 2yrs. ago at 231 and now am about 160. I would like to lose about 10 to 15 more but it keeps getting harder!! Thought the 4 wk challenge would give me a goal! I going to try and lose 8 lbs.
