I'm staying on plan today because I ate too much yesterday and felt awful awful awful (physically). It's not worth it.
...and also because my boyfriend has been so patient and helpful with my food issues, and I don't want to let him down. |

But while I'm here -- I'm staying on plan today because when I go to bed at the end of the day & write in my journal, I want to be able to say I've done at least one good thing for myself & for myself alone. |

After reviewing my food journal and exercise log, I was even more confused. :dizzy: Then I looked at my calendar and realized I only have 2-3 days before TOM arrives! Why do women have to deal with this BS? Anyway, I'm annoyed but not defeated...on the way to the gym right now! :smug: |
I'm staying OP today because I got off plan the past couple of days and I'm almost back up to the 190's and I refuse to go back to that decade!! It was too hard to get below 190 that I don't want to do it again.

I am going to stay on plan because I just got the invitation to be an aquatics director for the Boyscouts. AAAHHH. Its for summer camps. I will spend my whole summer working for the BSA and that involves me in a bathing suit in shorts infront of some of my closest friends which happen to be male. I have until mid june to loose 27 pounds. I can do that right? ANways that is why i am staying on plan.

I'll stay on plan today because yesterday was a TOTAL BUST. We got a last minute invite to a hockey game, and my dinner was a hot pretzel and a bag of popcorn. Not good... So today is very important, so as to not let one day become a long-term derailment.
