188 and feeling GREAT!!
 

Well...today was weigh day and I can't believe it. I just want to scream it from the mountain tops!! I'm at 188 and feeling GREAT! I never in a million years thought I would make it this far when I started my healthy way of life. I'm like (almost) a regular sized human. No pills, no surgery...just shear determination. I can't believe it. I'm in love with myself! :D

I haven't been in the 180's for many years. Wow, it's amazing!

WOW! How good it must be to be so close to goal! I hope and pray one day I know that feeling. I bet you feel like a million bucks! You have already lost what I need to lose to hit my goal it is SO inspiring to know that with hard work and determination this can be done!

Thanks to all for the support and encouragement. I joined 3FC right around the time I had lost 60 pounds and have been posting regular since....so I really haven't lost it all on my own. I have had lots of awesome cheerleaders along the way! :cheer:
