  • It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

    Me: 188, up 1.5 pounds from last week. The part of my brain that seems to want to overeat won again this week. This is so depressing. I don't mind up and down, as long as they sorta even out!
  • 216. Down 3lb. I went about 2 weeks without losing any so I'm happy about that 3.

  • I'm not sure if I posted her or not last week. I was up last week to 174.5. (That was up 1.5 pounds.) Today I was down to 172.5.
  • 126, down half a pound. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I'm close to goal, but also not counting calories as closely as I could be so my weight loss is sloooooooow. This is the first loss to show in two or three weeks, but it's the first time in 5 or 6 months that my loss hasn't been associated with that post-TOM scale drop (due to my body no longer retaining water and finally letting the scale showmy new weight). And while I'm losing more slowly, the changes in my body are more visible, and I've been getting compliments lately. (I met a friend for lunch on Monday. I haven't seen her since September, and when she walked in the restaurant, she looked at me and said, "Well look at you, Skinny!") So it's only half a pound, but I'll take it!
  • Weighed in at 164.5, which means I'm down 1.5 pounds from last week.
  • Hi! this is my first week here! I'm down from 192.5 to 184- 8.5 lbs.
    I know this just proves how much I was overeating.

    If I can just lose 2/week now I'll be content!
  • I lost two pounds this week, and I'm really happy, cause at the start of the week, the scale wasn't moving at all. Made me sad, but now I know it's working. I think next week I'll wait till sunday and not weigh myself till then so I don't get discouraged every morning. I always expect the scale to move down every time I'm on it haha.
  • 164 as of today. 2lbs down from last week.
  • disgruntled...i feel your pain. it feels like all of a sudden i am sliding back down. i MADE myself go to the gym today, it was hard making myself go and it was even harder being there. lol maybe this week we'll all motivate each other to keep on truckin"!
  • I'm down to 215 so I think that's 3 down from last week? I'm not sure all I know is I've hit my mini goal for the month
  • Still 190. No change since it hasn't yet been a week since I began officially.
  • weigh in day is tomorrow! it was a party party weekend that i'm still recovering from haha so i'm just hoping for the best! i'll take a no gain even if it's not a big loos- that would be AWESOME!

  • 171.4 here, down 4.4 from last week. I hit my 2nd 10% lost goal, starting on the 3rd 10% now.
  • Ok, I'm down 2 lbs.
