I am down to 174 this week from 176 so that's 2 pounds this week. Slow and steady wins the race!

I was up a couple, TOM, but I went to the gym twice, worked extremely hard, took a couple of walks, and ate reasonably, made a modest attempt at counting, can probably work on that, next week I hope to be 163, or at least do an official report

I MADE IT TO ONEDERLAND!!! 199.5 as of Wednesday. TOM is hitting so I went up a bit but know what? I ain't staying there. I will never go over 200 and stay there again. Another milestone for me is I got my daughter to go with me to the gym and we are going to do it regularly. I'm almost as excited about that as I am about making it to Onederland. Life is good. Yay life!

the scale said 215 but its barely hanging in there. Its more like 216 if i eat just one more thing. *lol* I'm doing great though. down 3 pounds since I started a little over a week ago.
