hello all i hope im not putting this in a wrong section but i would love some success stories and routines that would do more then what im doing. I currently do a 20min jog (it sais i do about 3miles i doubt thats right just seems to amazing to be true
) do the advanced boxing twice then some strength training (occasional yoga to make my wife laugh followed by the hoop by that time she is on the floor laughing
)
