Back here again.
 

I was away from this forum for a long time. I gain 5 kg and believe it or not I was too ashamed of myself to be here. Yeah, I know. That was a clever idea. Some personal problems also kept me really unmotivated.

Anyway during the Christmas I was speaking to a doctor and friend of the family which was appointed to the General Hospital here in Cyprus and she was telling me that there is a new program made by the government to help overweight people to lose weight, which pretty much includes a nutritionist, a pathologist and a psycological support for free for people with low income (a category I am included now). So I only have to pay for my gym. Anyway I had an appontment today and from next week I am going to start going to the nutritionist appointed to me.

I really hope this works. I want to feel optimistic right now. But I am a bit scared.:^:

Wow! all that support for free, that's pretty sweet. With that and the 3FC ladies, I am sure you will be able to do it! If you believe in yourself;) Whatever you do though, just don't leave the site. I was having a really bad day and felt like giving up, and this site was the thing that kept me going! So even if you feel ashamed, don't go. We don't judge you as harshly as you judge yourself. We don't judge you at all.

Ya know? I'll bet lots of places have programs something like that but we just don't know. The referal is the thing.

I wondered what happened to you. Nice to hear about the program - definitely take an advantage of that! And don't you ever disappear again - regardless whether your weight is up or down - I think I would never stay so motivated if it wasn't for 3FC.
