Hi Tarryn,
After reviewing your daily menu, it looks like you are not eating enough. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You need to eat a breakfast high in protein to prevent hypo-glycemia (low blood sugar). You also need it to keep your metabolism going, when you don't eat breakfast your body uses your stored energy, and tells your body to store more fat. If your body feels it is not getting enough it goes into starvation mode and stores whatever food you eat into your fat cells. That is why it is best to eat 5 - 6 small meals a day. I understand you are not a breakfast person, neither am I, but it is something we have to do. This is a learning experience for everyone, there are lots of things we will learn from eachother as well as support. I am very happy I found this site. :) You are doing great!! |
thankyou for your apologies guys and i apologies also! im probably just being stubborn thinking i know every thing when i dont cos otherwise i wouldnt be asking that question-clearly i hadnt eaten enough that day haha!! your all right...it is so easy to take things the wrong way on here.
i cant believe how much that affected me it was like a friend had said something horrible to me haha which is so stupid. i guess it shows how much this site is part of my life right! i was so angry about it all afternoon but woke up realising i was bein a bit stupid thankyou all for your help. |
tarryn -- I'm glad to hear you're in a better mood today. It IS amazing how things anonymous people say to us on the internet can affect us so much!
BTW, how are you feeling today? Any better? Sometimes this is trial and error as you figure out what works for you, for now. Sometimes what works changes, too! |
