OMG Ace!
 

My family and I are travelling down to my grandparents' tonight, and my dad has been going on all week about how we're going to stop in for a KFC halfway along.

I usually get the Variety Meal, but have just discovered that this is about 1000 calories! Argh!

But...I checked on the website and the other thing I like, the Zinger Chicken Salad, is 260 calories! That's totally on plan and acceptable! I'll have it with a Pepsi Max, and that is completely acceptable calories. Sure, it's maybe not the most nutritious, but the salad will be good, and I don't like dressing, so I won't even have to worry about the added calories from that!
