The Numbers?
So I saw this website in another thread called freedieting.com and this is what the numbers say for my height and weight and 3 day a week exercise
Maintenance: 2224 Calories/day Fat Loss: 1779 Calories/day Extreme Fat Loss: 1520 Calories/day I keep my cals at about 1500 a day I eat 4 times a day, im rarely hungry and sometimes feel pretty stuffed, especially at dinner. I am just now getting my portions under control and making healthy food choices. I just don't see where I could fit more cals in,unless I had something unhealthy. Maybe I just dont qualify as the 'norm' wouldnt be the first time...lol |
The "numbers" are averages, and for me, completely and totally inaccurate. I find that figuring out your loss/maintenance calories from trial and error is way more accurate.
If I ate what the calculators say I can to lose 1 lb a week, I'd gain. |
