Anniversary coming up.
I started getting serious with my journey on Dec 2nd and I am down 9.5 lbs. My anniversary is Feb 13th, I have no clue how much I weighed when I got married but my dress is a size 10. That's was 10yrs ago so I don't know what that would be in today's sizing. Right know I vary between a 12 and 14 depending on how its made. I think it would be most awesome if I could wear that dress on my anniversary. I am afraid it would take another 20lbs to get into that dress(cute white sundress) I just don't think I can lose 20lbs between now and Feb 13th, I think I would need 3lbs a week to pull that off. Ok Im rambling and wanted just to work this all out.

While it may not be possible this anniversary, just imagine how fantastic it'll look on you for your next anniversary. You'll have been keeping these changes going for more than a year, and who knows, maybe that dress will feel a little loose by then. :)

Try it on now and see how it fits. You may be surprised!

HEY MANDY ~ set your goals....but....don't get too upset if you don't make them. Isn't a big deal really if you don't fit that dress, on a certain day, if you are on your way to a lifestlyle that you and DH can LIVE with!
