Look back at the pictures when you were your heaviest and remind yourself of how you felt and how you never ever want to go back to that again. Just take it one day at a time.

Yay!!! Good for you for nipping this in the bud. I think 2 days, maybe 3 of being on plan and you will be feeling right back in the "groove" again. And then you will be RELIEVED! So hang tough. Do whatever you've got to do to stay on plan. You've done this before, you can do it again.

The great thing about our lovely planet earth is that each night we go to bed and wake up to a new day!! I'm so happy you are taking care of this little set back before it becomes a huge issue. Keep up the great work!

many many thanks.

nothing tastes as good as thin feels. that's true. nothing tastes as good as thin feels. soo true.

I've done this before (develop good habits/ ditch old bad habits) and I want to keep doing it far far far into the future... forever in fact. ok, for today and tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow....

regarding that bedtime thing, I'm moving mine forward. I need to work on my leptin levels

so far today, OP.
planning to continue. wanna get my groove back... wait wasn't that a movie???

Glad you're feeling better! I know how hard it is....but the only thing to do is to get right back on plan. There is no other choice. Keep running in those exotic locations and stick to the basics.

Hey kittycat40! Here's more thoughts to take with you:

This is not the very last Christmas you will ever have! You have come too far to take orders from a cookie!
