I was down only a few ounces from last week. From 199.2 to 198.8. I think my body is catching up with last weeks 4 pound loss. Regardless, I stayed on plan 100% and am still thrilled about being in the one hundreds!

Down 1lb from last week

Up three pounds to 204. I lost sight of why I was losing weight in the first place. I wanted to be fit--To be able to hike and climb and push myself physically. I really like the feel of sweat trickling down my spine and my lungs bursting from effort. It's a real rush to feel exhausted but know that I did something that I've never been able to do before. I started caring about the clothes and how I look. The extra skin was depressing me. I have to not care about how I look but how I feel. There you go. Today is a start again day.
