I don't understand what happened. In fact, I have been exercising MORE! I really haven't been eating anything different than what I usually do. The only thing different I have done is cut out cow's milk totally (now drink rice/soy milk once daily).
Anyway, needless to say I am devastated. Especially because it puts me 9 lb further from my goal. I just want to cry.

EDIT: Actually, I realize that for the past month at least I haven't been doing the usual 40 min cardio twice weekly, I have only been doing the speed walking twice weekly. So instead of doing 4 days of exercise I have only been doing 2. But, 9 lb???? Really???
