You can go to the DMV and get a new Drivers License even if it's not time to renew. You have to pay the fee of course and then pay again when it is time to renew.

Yeah, the pic on my Costco card is horrifying, and every single time I use it, the cashier takes two looks at it -- a couple of them have said "wow, you don't even look like that anymore". Yeah, THANK GOD! but yeah, it does make me slightly uncomfortable - it's like my dirty little secret - I was once 200 lb and here is the evidence.

LOL - I know! I was pending a move, and then there were all kinds of issues, and I only just NOW moved (we've been trying since FEBRUARY, and knew we'd be moving since more than a year ago), so I was waiting for the change of address. I'll be updating it soon!

Though I did try to change my picture on my bank card and they said NO. Even when I was already getting a new card reprinted. And showed them the old one! It looks NOTHING like me now, and people have accused me of stealing it.
